For 25 Years ALCA has been Leading the Way in Aging Care! The 25th Annual conference will be held at the luxurious South Seas Resort in Captiva, Florida, January 11-13, 2018.

The ALCA Florida Chapter conference is open to Care/Case Managers, Social Workers, Nurses, Guardians, Administrators and other Healthcare Professionals throughout Florida as well as out of state participants. This unique opportunity for building collaborative relationships is often a result of sponsoring our conference and exhibiting resources that can be utilized as tools for the population of clients and families that we serve.

*ALCA™-FL (FGCMA) offer our members discounts for committee participation. However, participation is key! In order to qualify for a 25% Committee Member Discount, you must be active on the committee and attend a minimum of 75% of the calls or meetings and volunteering your time to the organization. Requested participation discounts will be verified by Committee Chairs. Please note: There is only ONE discounted rate available per person for Committee Chairs/Members. ALCA™-FL (FGCMA) also offers a 20% discount for members with 3 or more registrations from the same company. A separate registration form must be completed for each attendee and mailed together.

Group Room Rates: $199.00 + $19 Resort Fee per room, per day (all rooms have kitchen and pull-out couch.)
Reservations: Call 866-565-5089 and be sure to mention “Florida Aging Life Care Association” to receive the special rate. Reservations are on a space-available, rate-available basis to event attendees 3 days prior and 3 days after the event. Rates available until December 18, 2017. REFUNDS: No refunds will be issued after December 31, 2017. Cancellations before that date will receive a refund minus a $50 administration fee. Substitutions are welcome.
